Arabic School Erlangen – Language Education for an Open-Minded Society
Cultural Diversity Through Language Education
The Arabic School of the Islamic Community of Erlangen e.V. (IGE) has been offering qualified Arabic language instruction for children from age 5 since the late 1990s. The educational program is explicitly open to all interested children – regardless of whether Arabic is their native language or not.
Educational Concept
What began with 30 students has developed into an established educational institution with over 120 participants. Teachers undergo regular training, and teaching methods are continuously refined. Children are placed into appropriate groups according to their age and language level to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
